We purchased a new-to-us home, that sadly had a few flooring issues in the garage, laundry room, and front porch. Tyler and his team were able to completely transform our home in a matter of days. Our home feels like the beautiful place that it is-in ALL its locations now! We will be hiring him again to do our back patio.

For reasons unrelated to Pryme, I did not actually have any epoxy installed. That said, having experienced many subpar contractors in my life, I wanted to call out the excellent communication and process this company offered. They showed up on time, spent reasonable/unrushed time to look at the quirks of my property and answer my questions, and provided an immediate quote. They followed up to see if I had any other questions/concerns and let me know when they were trying to hold my work start date rather than throwing me to the wolves when the next customer was ready to pay faster. Their prices were very competitive, their warranty outstanding, with good product/process options (identical or better than other contractors I went into details with). My favorite thing (an area so many companies drop the ball) -- the person assessing my property took photos of every detail we talked about and added them directly to the quote. She was very specific that this information was given directly to the crew who would do the final install. This way, all those details you notice and come to a customer/business agreement about actually get done the way you think they will. There is nothing worse than walking into an expensive, finished job and seeing they forgot to do all the details the way you wanted -- Pryme has the right idea. Again, I did not actually end up having them install product so can't speak to install quality, but from the angles of staff, process, and customer service/communication, this company nails the fundamentals and I would expect them to do a great job. They want your business and will listen to you. I'd recommend them without reservation.

These guys always come through. We've had numerous different jobs with a lot of different substrates. Tyler is absolutely focused on his craft. His passion to help people, and do a great job shows in every thing he does. He is easy to work with and very Knowledgeable when it comes to Multiple facets of Epoxy work. Professional business and crew came in and put a granite coating (similar to epoxy) over our existing concrete patio that had blemishes. Did a 5+ star job that turned out above expectations. Due to a step down in our patio, a small portion of the sealer dripped down and hardened. They returned later to repair without complaint. 100 percent would use Pryme again!

I interviewed several known Epoxy companies in the Prescott area. They all showed me the same colors. So I was scrolling on Instagram and Pryme Epoxy was in my feed. I set up an appointment, The Sales Lady Jennifer showed up and discussed the project and showed me colors that other companies did not offer and worked with my schedule to get the large garage done prior to my pavers. The floor looks beautiful.. The Crew did a Spectacular job amazing a shout out to Big Mike's professionalism . To top off the experience the Owner Tyler comes out for final inspection. We had an early morning appointment but they had car trouble. They called me and texted me with updates. When they got here after the car issue they worked all day to finish. At 9:00 pm they were still working to finish but were very concerned that I was okay with the late work. At 9:45 pm they finished the work, it was excellent work, no short cuts, completely satisfied with the work.

Pryme came out on a cold new years eve day on a short notice and landed a great product. They spent the entire day preping, coating, and finishing our three car garage. I can’t tell you how amazing my garage floors turned out! I was so sick of looking at the stained nasty concrete. Tyler came out and worked his magic! We had a few corners with some good cracks in them too! The people who owned the home before us must have done some crazy paint projects since the floors were trashed. The hubby kept saying he was going to do it and 6 years later I made the call. Tyler was quick, clean and just a joy to work with. I feel like so many companies lack customer service these days and he answered all my questions and then went into further detail about the whole service. Then when I couldn’t relay the info to my hubby he did it all again with him. It was so amazing dealing with this company that I am having him come do another project for us. Would highly recommend!

This is the first time that I have contracted an epoxy floor. i went online and found multiple companies that do this type of work. i picked one from this list, and it was Pryme. i must have been very lucky because they were very good to work with. I am very pleased with their work.Their cooperation, eagerness and the quality of work was exceptional.. Their commitment to time and scheduling was awesome. i would recommend them to anyone looking to do epoxy coating.

I really did appreciate the extra mile the went to protect my driveway when wheeling their big machines out of their trailer. Long story short, they gave me an amazing floor! Photos pretty much tell you all you need to know. Tyler and his crew are nothing short of amazing. From start to finish it was quite literally one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had (and that’s saying a lot for me). I had another contractor bail on me a day prior to when they were supposed to get started. They wanted to push me out 2 weeks 😤. I gave Tyler a call that same night and he returned my call almost immediately (after normal business hours no less) and let me know he could have someone over the next morning to measure things out and let us select samples. Jen came over first thing in the morning and worked with my wife to get things finalized and scheduled - she was awesome to work with. The very next day the crew was able to start on the grinding and vapor barrier layer - these guys are true professionals and kept me informed and in the loop every step of the way. The 2nd day they got the epoxy and flake down and cleaned up everything prior to leaving - impeccable work of art. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do my work. Next up, my back and front patios. Pryme Epoxy absolutely crushed my garage floor. The prep work alone was next level, they brought out a massive industrial grinder and got the slab perfectly flat before anything went down. The polyaspartic coating came out flawless. The color, flake, and sparkle look incredible, and they had the whole job done in a single day. You can tell Tyler is extremely detail-oriented, and between him and his father-in-law’s 30+ years of experience, the quality really shows. If you’re thinking about a polyaspartic floor, I’d recommend Prime Epoxy to anyone without hesitation. Killer job.
