Great service and my garage turned out perfect. It needed some love to get it right but PRYME got me right.

“Look no further” Just purchased my first home. It’s a fixer upper and I’ve always wanted to have my garage floor epoxied! I had the first company out and they were very unprofessional, spitting everywhere and gave me an overpriced quote! I ended up landing on Prymes page and, I’m so glad I did! The owner Tyler was responsive and very professional when coming to give me an estimate. He had samples for me to view. Answered every question I could think of and helped me understand the full process from start to finish . His knowledge about his product was impressive and I felt extremely confident with my decision. Just a few days later gave me a courtesy call and the following morning him and his crew arrived and got right to it! I really did appreciate the extra mile the went to protect my driveway when wheeling their big machines out of their trailer. Long story short, they gave me an amazing floor! The didn’t cut any corners! I also like that he even made it slip resistant! If you’re looking for premium quality, Pryme Epoxy delivers!

We had an early morning appointment but they had car trouble. They called me and texted me with updates. When they got here after the car issue they worked all day to finish. At 9:00 pm they were still working to finish but were very concerned that I was okay with the late work. At 9:45 pm they finished the work, it was excellent work, no short cuts, completely satisfied with the work.

The guys spent most of the day preparing the floors. Very detail oriented. Finish floor looks AWESOME! I highly recommend Pryme

Pryme came out on a cold new years eve day on a short notice and landed a great product. They spent the entire day preping, coating, and finishing our three car garage. They had a lot of detail in their work and it should in all the hot spots of the garage. We are super happy with the final product and recommend them to other owners.

For reasons unrelated to Pryme, I did not actually have any epoxy installed. That said, having experienced many subpar contractors in my life, I wanted to call out the excellent communication and process this company offered. They showed up on time, spent reasonable/unrushed time to look at the quirks of my property and answer my questions, and provided an immediate quote. They followed up to see if I had any other questions/concerns and let me know when they were trying to hold my work start date rather than throwing me to the wolves when the next customer was ready to pay faster. Their prices were very competitive, their warranty outstanding, with good product/process options (identical or better than other contractors I went into details with). My favorite thing (an area so many companies drop the ball) -- the person assessing my property took photos of every detail we talked about and added them directly to the quote. She was very specific that this information was given directly to the crew who would do the final install. This way, all those details you notice and come to a customer/business agreement about actually get done the way you think they will. There is nothing worse than walking into an expensive, finished job and seeing they forgot to do all the details the way you wanted -- Pryme has the right idea. Again, I did not actually end up having them install product so can't speak to install quality, but from the angles of staff, process, and customer service/communication, this company nails the fundamentals and I would expect them to do a great job. They want your business and will listen to you. I'd recommend them without reservation.

Amazing Polyaspartic Garage Floor – Highly Recommend! I’m extremely happy with my new polyaspartic garage floor. The transformation from the old, stained concrete to the finished floor is unbelievable. It looks clean, modern, and professionally done with a beautiful, durable finish. He was punctual, detail-oriented, and clearly very experienced. The prep work was done carefully, and the final result looks flawless. You can really tell the quality difference with a polyaspartic coating — smooth, even, and built to last. What really stood out was his customer service. I can’t tell you how amazing my garage floors turned out! I was so sick of looking at the stained nasty concrete. Tyler came out and worked his magic! We had a few corners with some good cracks in them too! The people who owned the home before us must have done some crazy paint projects since the floors were trashed. The hubby kept saying he was going to do it and 6 years later I made the call. Tyler was quick, clean and just a joy to work with. I feel like so many companies lack customer service these days and he answered all my questions and then went into further detail about the whole service. Then when I couldn’t relay the info to my hubby he did it all again with him. It was so amazing dealing with this company that I am having him come do another project for us. Would highly recommend!

Pryme Epoxy absolutely crushed my garage floor. The prep work alone was next level, they brought out a massive industrial grinder and got the slab perfectly flat before anything went down. The polyaspartic coating came out flawless. The color, flake, and sparkle look incredible, and they had the whole job done in a single day. You can tell Tyler is extremely detail-oriented, and between him and his father-in-law’s 30+ years of experience, the quality really shows. If you’re thinking about a polyaspartic floor, I’d recommend Prime Epoxy to anyone without hesitation. Killer job.
